Our outside sales and marketing people are responsible for prospecting to obtain new customers and development of existing customers which includes cold calling, scheduling appointments and preparing proposals. They must have either a college degree in marketing and 2 years of experience or at least 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in the print or promotional products industry.

They must be self motivated with a strong desire to succeed and have excellent interpersonal communications skills. After an orientation to the print and promotional products industry, they will be expected to develop and implement a sales and marketing program for themselves that will within a year generate sales in excess of 10x their total compensation.

We anticipate that these people would be based in Bethlehem but could have responsibilities for marketing in specified regions of the Lehigh Valley
